Nationalists 'calmly' wipe the floor with government population growth argument

Gosh! Who would have thought I’m warming to Manx Radio. They have a piece here compiled by Ewan Gawne with Mec Vannins Mark Kermode. Obviously as a nationalist and President of Mec Vannin I like the item ‘thats a given’:

However whats more important to me than simple slavish adherence to ‘the Party line’ is that in this lengthy audio clip Kermode itemize the dates reference points and the process by which taxation policy and population growth have failed. He is definite and clear in the expression of the Party view, Some people may not like it but at least there is a concise argument set out you can engage with unlike the vagaries you get from government Ministers.

It really past time that the public were treated to mature delivery of facts from government to sustain their argument. So far Treasury Minister Alf Cannan MHK has been ‘front of house’ on the government population growth argument but listen to the points he makes elsewhere on Manx Radio, There is no set strategy and indeed no explanation as to why population growth has failed up to now.

So far Alistair Kneale for the Celtic League and Mark Kermode for Mec Vannin have wiped the floor with government policy. They have done it with carmly set out specific arguments. The rhetoric these days seems to be coming from government indeed the Treasury Minister sounded quite manic on the radio the other day and as usual said a lot but said nothing.

Image: Kermode and Kneale have both calmly and specifically set out the folly of population growth.
