The ruins of an old castle tower house is in the grounds of the Victorian Crom Castle, this later castle is not open to the public. Crom demesne is a nature conservation area managed by the National Trust and covering about 810 hectacres. It is an area of outstanding beauty with boats for hire, woodland walks and nature trails and guided walks that include the old ruined castle. The grounds are open from March until the end of October.
Crom is located in Upper Loch Erne, southeast from Enniskillen/Inis Ceithleann, along the A34 to Newtownbutler/an Baile Nua in County Fermanagh. Crom Estate is east from Newtownbutler.
