This is a Portal Tomb with a very large and heavy capstone supported by three uprights and two boulders. There is evidence of another upright nearby.
Getting there
Returning south from Moone and Castledermot is Browne's Hill Dolmen. The site is about 3km east of Carlow just off the R726 in County Carlow.
