Barnes Lower Standing Stones

There are two standing stones: the bigger of the two is about 1.8 metres square with cup marks with rings and carved grooves whilst the smaller also has cup marks and a carved cross.

Getting there

Going east from Naran and then south along the N56 to Glenties. Take the R250 northeast to Letterkenny and then the N56 north to Kilmacrennan. The site is east off the N56 north of Kilmacrennan northeast of Barnes Upper.
