The Spiral Stone
A boulder rock decorated with spiral patterns. Possibly late Neolithic or early Bronze Age.
How to get to The Spiral Stone
- In Ballaragh, near Laxey. The site is across from a house.
- By car - Along the B11, which is off the A2. The site is on the way to King Orry's Grave from the Dhoon.
- By bus - Route no 3 which runs between Ramsey and Douglas. Get off at Dhoon and walk to the B11, which can be seen from the glen stop.
- By tram - Take the Electric Railway to Dhoon. Walk from the glen stop to the B11 and then on to the site.
